1. Seminar: Managing People in Times of Change & Transition
This group seminar gives managers and team leaders the opportunity to focus on the dynamism of their internal and external environments and the possible impacts of these changes on people.
It assists participants to develop a model of human behaviour in the face of change and explores typical defensive behaviours.
The seminar covers the impact of the changes upon them as leaders in the business and the opportunities that may be presented.
Other topics covered are options for self-management and the appropriate strategies and tools to be effective in managing employee resistance and building commitment to the changes.
2. Seminar: Self-Management in Times of Change & Transition
This group seminar is designed for employees who are the recipients of change and who may be experiencing significant levels of stress.
Positive outcomes for the participants include increased resilience as they learn about the impact that organisational change has upon them.
They also acquire better self-understanding of their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours in regard to changes within their workplaces.
Self-management strategies are developed, along with strategies for supporting fellow team members.
