Our Coaching Programs

enso executive coaching has a range of programs and coaches to meet most coaching needs. All coaching programs include:

• Briefing sessions with coaching sponsors to gain understanding of organisational context, establish practical and ethical guidelines and chart desired outcomes.
  
  
• Obligation-free introductory session with coach to allow the executive to assess match and suitability.
  
  
• Regular coaching sessions. Actual structure of the program is highly flexible to suit individual needs, but a typical coaching program would entail 2 – 3 coaching sessions per month, approximately 1 - 2 hours long.
  
  
• Appropriate use of psychometric tools and assessment instruments to develop self-awareness and provide a base for coaching conversations.

Typically, coaching interventions are not open-ended, nor are they quick fixes. At enso executive coaching, we prefer to work to fixed length coaching programs, as this promotes the commitment required to make lasting changes from the organisation and more particularly the executive, and gives the coach the space to help the executive properly explore and move through the development areas. This means that we offer coaching in three and six month programs and at three distinct levels. 

Business Leaders Coaching

To coach powerfully at the very highest levels of business, coaches need extraordinary presence and skill. For these executives, our Business Leaders coaching programs are the only feasible option. These coaches are strong business figures, people with whom a busy CEO would be happy to invest their valuable time. Business Leader coaches are highly strategic, outstanding communicators and facilitators and most importantly have the credibility the most senior executives demand.

Executive Excellence Coaching

Our Executive Excellence programs are aimed at the Senior Manager or Functional Executive level.  Frequently used by organisations to help the key executive target new levels of performance and work their way through developmental issues that will drive their leadership impact.

Emerging Leaders Coaching

The Emerging Leaders programs are an ideal way to assist the future leaders of the business in their critical developmental phases. Talented rising stars, often new to the leadership challenge or taking on challenges requiring to leap forward, are hugely benefited by coaches who can help them find their way forward.
